On the upper floor of our Dairy there is a tasting room that offers a breath-taking view of the Kolan field and the northern part the island of Pag. In addition to all our products and various menus including the selected Gligora cheeses and local delicacies, we also offer a selection of premium Croatian wines.
Our tasting room can comfortably accommodate up to 100 people, so we are equipped to receive even larger organized groups of visitors. The tasting room is equipped with a projector, allowing our guests to watch a multi-language video that shows the process of cheese-making from pastures to its ripening.
From 1.05.2019. Sirana Gligora tours are available every hour: 10h, 11h, 12h, 13h, 14h, every day except Sunday.
Tasting room works every day from 9:00 to 16:00, except Sunday.
